Guests may access the apartment from 2:00 PM on the confirmed arrival date.
Section 01
Guests and Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval from management.
Visitors are welcome only with prior approval from management and must comply with all apartment rules.
Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by management.
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by management.
Section 02
Comfort and Conduct
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to respect neighboring residents.
Illegal activities, including the use or possession of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Section 03
Property Care
Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, and all facilities with care. Do not move furniture without permission.
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Keep the apartment clean throughout your stay. Please dispose of trash in the designated waste bins and avoid leaving food waste that may attract pests.
Always switch off lights, air conditioning, televisions, and other electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the apartment.
Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately so they can be addressed promptly.
Section 04
Safety and Responsibility
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment.
HOUZ 112 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, remove unauthorized guests, or terminate a stay without refund if these rules are violated or if a guest’s behavior endangers the property, staff, or other residents.
